Since 1999, M+B Studio has established an ongoing collaboration in the Danish Pavilion and with its commissioners.
As Pavilion local manager, M+B Studio is currently responsible for all issues regarding technical planning, health and safety, security procedures, and facilities management.

In addition to the exhibition local management, we have developed annual Pavilion status report, including maintenance programs, estimates and timeline to be approved by the client and hence used as a tool in programming interventions

The Building Management of the Danish Pavilion includes several tasks, such as the financial coordination and supervision of the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance works agreed upon, provision of requirements and timelines to Biennale Office and Venetian authorities; monitoring and implementation of conservation procedures; restoration and repair works of the exhibition space, periodical biological control, electrical system and lighting directions, and the negotiation process for the best quotations with providers.

The Danish Pavilion is managed by the Danish Agency for Culture and Palaces in Copenhagen, Denmark.
